This
is a magnificent compilation tape and is in part the closing chapter of
an era when great demos were released, something like our Esperanza
Gomez, has an orgasm and then releases a “ahhhh jueputa”.
The
tape was almost 90 minutes long, the A side included: ASPID, NEUS,
HOLOCAUSTO, ATTACK, AKERRAK, ATHANATOR, I.M.R.I., TENEBRARUM,
CRUCIFIXION, AVERNO. And on the B side: CENSURA, ANTAGON, EUTANASIA,
SARCASMO, BELIAL, CATALEPTIC, DEGRADEATH, POSGUERRA, BASTARD, CONFUSION.
As
you can see, there are bands from all genres and different regions of
the country, it wasn’t a professional tape, just a regular tape with a
sticker, but I don’t know how they did the master because the sound is
excellent except for DEGRADEATH’s song. Some songs even had better sound
than in the original demos released by the bands.
Continuing
with the tape, it is very good, the cover is printed professionally and
what made this tape something “special” was that it came with a 20
pages booklet with information and a brief but complete bio of each
band. Only 500 copies were released and I believe it has been the
fastest selling tape in the history of Colombian tapes, nowadays it is
considered a jewel.
